Lilac Bobobie Sprite Question

Does anyone have any suggestions on what color wig and eyes would look good with this doll? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest getting a nice, inexpensive, black wig to start and then picking a permanent color once she arrives. It's a really unusual color and very beautiful. What color wig depends on what personality she will have. Or make her a nice terrycloth turban and take her shopping in a fabric store to look at her with various colors. She will come with default eyes, probably blue.

Yep, I would suggest either of those options. You can get a fur wig very inexpensively (usually under ten dollars) and that's a good way to see how she would look. The lilac is yuummmmmmmyyy!!! I'd love a lilac Ariel.

Ya, white or black wig to start. I would think that green eyes would be very striking with the lilac resin.

Believe me, she'll let you know what she wants when she gets to you. :p

Yup yup, dollieh will tell you, in no uncertain terms. You can think you have the perfect colors, and they'll be flinging off the wig, and the eyes won't go in right, and you'll have to give in.

I've found a nice purple or lavender/lilac shade works really well with the lilac resin, as it has a kind of grey hue that the wig compliments nicely.

I have a lilac Ariel who wears a black and hot pink wig that looks lovely on her. I'd imagine a grey or silver would look good too. I haven't done much experiementing on her with wigs, unfortunately...she only has the one.

monique makes several wigs in black with purple highlights they look good, my daughter has a lilac yu she wears a violet wig from kemper she is adorable.

I love the lilac resin color, but i'm a WS girl.. i'd be afraid I'd get a lilac skin and not want to keep her.. you are brave ^_^.

I think a pale lilac/silver wig would be beautiful on your dollieh.
