Making a Hybrid?

I'm thinking that my next couple of dolls are gonna be hybrids but I'm not sure what would be the best kind of double jointed bodies (or at least double jointed elbows) for a decent price? And now that I'm thinking about this, I'm not sure about resin matches either T.T bleh! Any tips?

Before you do hybrids, I recommend researching resin-matching as well as if the head will actually fit on the body that you want for it. That or be alright with having to mod it. Hybriding isn't exactly the easiest thing. I've avoided it for my own dolls, at most all I've ever done is get a different body from the same company for mine, but have helped friends do it on several occasions. It's a pain in the butt at times and I've gotten to do a lot of body blushing.

You didn't say if you are making boys or girls... but my first doll was a Dollzone Shoyo head on an Angel of Dream boy body. Sizes are good and the color match was close enough not to stress over. You'd have to mention specific combos before someone might be able to show or tell you if that would work or not.

Well, I was gonna order a boy head from asleep eidolon and dollzone most likely or illusion spirit (all over time but yeah)... I'm not sure what bodies would work best but unless I order the boy AE head blank, there is no point in making that one a hybrid if i get a face up because it costs more than the body itself @.@ Most likely I will do this with a yellow skin dz head If i do end up making a hybrid

Owning a yellow ns DZ Hid, I can tell you that they are super dark. I actually got mine because they discontinued the tan there for a short time and it was the best alternative..
