Just finished an MSD sweater

Postby LiveLoveYarn » Wed Mar 06, 2013 3:52 pm

Hello all-

I just wanted to show off this sweater I finished knitting Adelayde from this pattern:

All in all- I don't hate it. I'm not used to these shoulders, I'm much more used to a top-down style shoulder. Also the pattern had me using all kinds of stitch holders that were flying all over. I haven't blocked it yet, but it is pretty cute. I think the purple looks gorgeous with her eyes and it matches her boots ^_^

Has anyone else worked with this pattern? I'm curious about your thoughts if you had. I guess the top down style is generally "easier" so this seemed unnecessarily complicated to me. That being said- she's worth it and I wouldn't change a thing
:)

Well done, that's awesome (I couldn't knit a scarf, let alone a complicated jumper in miniature....) I hope to see pics of Adelayde wearing it :)

It looks cute. I don't have the patience to knit, so I like to see other people's work.
