Here are some pictures of the dollieh krewe in their Easter Sunday best. Well, kinda...at least I got all the girls (even Ashe!) to dress in pink. It was the only color they could all agree on. Well, Ashe didn't really agree, but she got voted down, Belle had a long talk with her, and she finally agreed to dress up for the pictures as long as the dress didn't suck too hard.
Left to right: Miya, Meg, Ri-ri, Belle, Ashe.
Cherry's dress is an older Barbie Fashion Avenue ensemble, but she's wearing her newer pink shoes because, well, Barbie's don't fit. The little lamb is an Easter present. Ri-ri collects stuffies like I collect, well, dolls. :B
Meg's dress is handmade by me from a pair of (bought new, unused) underwear.
Belle's dress is from last year's Fashionistas line. She likes the corsage. The matching shoes actually fit her Obitsu feet.
Miya's dress is handmade from t-shirt material. The shoes are from the Barbie dress Ri-ri's wearing (I think). If Miya looks uncomfortable, it's probably because she is; she doesn't wear dresses very often.
Ashe is wearing another older Barbie outfit with the matching strappy shoes. She likes this dress, pink or not, because it shows off some of her tattoos (not all by any means). She insisted on keeping her leather collar, though, and I wasn't going to argue with her since she was kind of meeting me halfway.
I even got the guys to get in on the picture-taking--not that Johnny needs much encouragement. I swear, the boy's ego is the size of a small planet. But his wife loves him anyway.
Joe refused to sit in the chair. Anyone who's ever seen the Gatchaman anime knows that his preferred position is standing near the door, holding up the wall. I at least got him to wear a different top than his "2" jersey for the picture.
