I honestly can't believe some people. Good for you Victoria, you've already gone above and beyond what most would do and you don't need to deal with their ingratitude. Sucks about the car, that's really a lot of hassle. =(

Tis like my little brother's ex telling him she's planning to move to another state and get pregnant again because she wants all her kids to be two years apart, she doesn't care who the dad is. Even though she currently has a boyfriend who she is supposedly going to marry at some point... Not that anything that comes out can be taken seriously and she doesn't know the meaning of follow through. Plus she keeps telling him he needs to take the baby more because she doesn't want him. Blegh. And people wonder why I'm not particularly interested in dating. Got to deal with all these crazy emotional 18yr olds that think they're adults because they have a kid. And my brother STILL doesn't have a job. He's had all summer to get a job and passed up multiple great opportunities for work because he "didn't want to do that" or "it's boring" or "I don't want to work at those times" Grrrr. If he'd taken the one job he'd not only be making bank but he would probably have a promotion by now and be able to work a better shift. ><

Not that I can say much (I'm a spoiled brat and I know it), my parents make him pay for a lot more than they make me because "grades" or whatever. I'm grateful but it kind of freaks me out as to what I'm going to do when they suddenly decide I need to start paying for stuff. XD Or worse yet if my dad loses his job because his work is stupid and keeps laying people off and hiring people that don't know what they're doing but they hire them because the company doesn't have to pay them as much as the older folks who've been working for the company for years and know the ins and outs of everything. >_> I don't want to grow up. T_T

I have a suckz now. Yesterday I went to the dentist for my TMJ and then they sent me to Urgent Care because of the stupid cat bite from one of my mom's Ferals. After getting one shot for tetanus they sent me to the ER for rabies shots. I had to get 5 shots for rabies, and on Sunday I need to get more, then again on Thursday and the following Thursday. I don't like shots. Last night I got a shot in each arm, thigh, and butt cheek. Today I hurt a lot, especially in the arm from the tetanus shot. Oh and my antibiotics are freaking horse pills. They're huge!

Best part is, I feel just fine, this is all precautionary.

Aw IzabethS, shots suck but it's way better to get them as a precaution then find out later you needed them. If the cat did give you rabies (very very unlikely but not impossible) by the time you would start to feel less than fine it would be way too late.

I was so annoyed over some stuff last night that I started the drier WITHOUT putting my wet clothes in it. Did not realize my mistake until I went to get my work uniform out of an empty drier....

Had to call the boss to let her know I'd be late. She told me know worries, just come in at 3, to do the product buy for the next day and close down the shifts, but I still feel like dirt for it. Since I started there in April, I've only called out once, because I had an ear infection and head cold and couldn't get out of bed, and been late once because of an accident on the road to work (and even then, I wasn't technically late, I just called to be sure that she knew there was a chance I might be)

Let's just say that my job sucks and my family sucks even worse, and leave it at that.

The pipes are backed up again and nothing is draining. Luckily we realized what was happening before it was nasty water. Having to be pessimistic I'm looking forward to a puddle in the bottom of the closet next to the shower but no dolls live in there.

Thanks. It's just another thing where we can't catch a break. We have to pay the plumber up front and hope it's nothing we did. If it's the pipes or more mess from the previous tenants we can take it off the rent. If not we're out how ever much car money it is.

I wish I could work extra hours or something but that's not going to happen. I'm lucky to have what I get.

*The place only needs 40 feet of pipe. Why here? Why this place? We looked at four houses within a couple blocks of this place so we were meant to come to this area but why?

So apparently a jackass from Costco that was a fan of the guy who's position I now have is trying to get me in trouble. That sign thing that I goofed on? Well, he told the Costco management that he TOLD me that Corporate saw it. Which he didn't. But it made me look like I lied to my manager, when I told her the walk-through went fine. I even asked if Corporate saw it, or if I caught it in time. Luckily, I have two witnesses that say he never told me squat, so the write-up I would have gotten is getting ripped up, but I'm still sitting here going "what did I ever do to you?"
